1813 Monroe took part of Guernsey and Belmont and Washington
1817 Morgan becomes county (part of Guernsey and Musk, Monrow and Washington)
1851 Noble county becomes from Monroe, Mogan, Guernsey, and maybe Belmont)
as far as land i think Marietta only sold so long, than land was sold out of zanesville they are very close together--ahuhja
