- Upon his uncles death, his land went up for sales, Charles brought 319 acres, allotment of 4, and 7 at Walwa Creek. somewhere around 1860's we think for title of the land was granted to charles on the 1/10/1877. The date on which he took full possesion and built a dwelling, Walwa Creek is approx 40 miles from Tooma, so he may of moved out and gone to Richards early in the 1860. After the death of his nephew Arthur he began to suspect he had cancer and as a result of this took his own life in 07/03/1893
